Interpretations like Butter Chicken of Indian origin, Bombay lamb/beef from Mumbai, Madras chicken from Madras, Goan fish/prawns curry from Goa, chilli crab from Kerala etc. All created using original sauces, some homemade authentic Indian spices, locally-produced ingredients like poultry and dairy including some organic foods.
